Last fall it was a gorgeous day and I knew the sunset would be striking on Cadillac so I headed up to the top. This is just a bit before sunset and the fall colors were emerging. Everything was crisp and glowing. This painting is 18 x 4o.

I don't think I saw this one finished. It turned out beautifully! I remember that day, how we kept getting interrupted by tourists asking us to take their pictures and teenagers lighting illegal campfires. It's a wonder we got anything done.
